Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Manager, Brand Marketing, Branding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
∎ Understand & defines the brand identity & align all the brands plans accordingly
∎ Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
∎ Plan product launches, ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity
∎ Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand.
∎ Keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis-a-vis budgets.
∎ Ensure that the brand focus/ positioning is maintained through all media, PR activities and POS all locations..
∎ Conceives, develops, proposes, implements & controls attractive sales promotional drives across all digital platforms.
∎ Ensure that the team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects on a regular basis.
∎ Develop sales tools and collaterals.
∎ Oversee advertising and media planning etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager in Automobile / Consumer durable / FMCG industry.
∎ Experienced in Magazine, Facebook and other social media campaigns.
∎ Able to design & maintain our social media presence.
∎ Brainstorm world creative growth strategies.
∎ Excellent communication skills , MS office skills and complete understanding of the full marketing mix
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
∎ Excellent command of the English language
Salary:
