∎ Click The Photo is a prominent photo post-production company that serves more than 70 countries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this position, he/she will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brands, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, creative planning, and executing all the marketing campaigns, including social media marketing. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with the executive team to set the marketing strategy.
∎ Overseeing pending orders & take action for the submission.
∎ Prepare a daily To-Do List & submit it to the head day-to-day.
∎ Manage complete IT solutions.
∎ Hiring & managing the performance of a more junior marketing team.
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends & competitors.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns/activities & reporting to the executive team.
∎ Regular communication with the potential/existing and fallen clients.
∎ Writing & delivery content & social media plans for target clients & companies.
∎ Craft strategies for the marketing team including digital advertising, communication & creativity.
∎ Set, monitor & report to the higher authority on team goals & performance daily/weekly.
∎ Ensure designing, branding, positioning & pricing strategies.
∎ Ensure our brand message is unique and consistent across all channels & marketing efforts (Like events, email campaigns, PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing & Web pages & all promotional materials.)
∎ Analyze customer behavior & make the highest satisfaction with smooth follow-up.
∎ Creating, developing, and editing original content for activities related to online marketing.
∎ Coordinate Sales & Marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
∎ Manage the company's website, blog, SEO, SEM, SMM, programs, resource center & other marketing initiatives.
∎ Conduct surveys as needed to determine the position in the market & advance marketing places tasted to address customer needs.
∎ Manage & take rapid action for free trial/live orders within the deadline.
∎ Use company format/into for all campaigns through SMM.
∎ Organize weekly workshop program/training for problem-solving & teach the team about the best marketing strategy.
∎ Manage daily telemarketing with the best effort.
∎ Reporting to the authority on marketing progress/problems.
∎ Willingness to work with the recommendation of the authority at any time, any place, and anyhow.
∎ Help to promote the company culture that encourages top performance & high morale.
∎ Supervise and motivate the team for the best output.
∎ Review employee performance & identify training needs.
∎ Ensure health & safety management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by superior management.
∎ Monitor and find the target audience through the company website.
∎ Communicate with previous clients, existing clients, and new clients regularly.
∎ Boost up email marketing every day.
∎ Cooperate with overseas teams and operate marketing over there.
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
