∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent market visit like visiting buyer’s local office, buying houses, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.
∎ Communicate with customer over phone and through e-mail. Make conference call, web-meeting, etc.
∎ Get market information, like information of new buyers, existing buyers, their business volume, market positions, etc.
∎ Proactively identify new business opportunities for soft lines and hard goods inspections
∎ Attend fair, seminar, etc. Arrange vendor day.
∎ Secure new businesses and business from customers in pipeline.
∎ Develop a rapport with new clients
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge, establishing personal network, and bench marking best practices
∎ Strategize business to meet profitability and goals. Meet and exceed assigned sales target by volume and revenue.
∎ Provide regular feedback to supervisor about current status and situation related market and industry in the country
∎ Ensure prime market coverage and negotiations with customers.
∎ Management reporting on Sales KPI’s, Targets & Forecasts.
∎ Ensure timely collection of outstanding payment/receivables through phone, email and meeting
∎ Coordination with operations team regarding various issues of existing customers.
∎ Form business value propositions & strategic alliances.

∎ Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels.
∎ Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
∎ Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
∎ Have good communication skill.
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development.
∎ Must be IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications and preferable experience of using large and complex databases.
∎ Able to coordinate towards a common goal.
Salary: Negotiable
