Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and overseeing project activities and preparing periodic work programs.
∎ Ensuring Smooth flow and quality of construction materials.
∎ Ensuring that the implementation work is done according to architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical design and other relevant papers.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring HSE issues of construction site and works.
∎ Leading the Company's and contractor's manpower.
∎ Preparing Contractor's Bill.
∎ Ensuring the construction cost match with budget cost as specifications.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Helping the team members in finalizing rate analysis.
∎ Ensuring that the work progress is in line with the scheduled work program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Salary: Negotiable
