Commercial
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
∎ Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA related activities.
∎ Make sure all the necessary papers are filled out correctly.
∎ Work closely with the sales and production teams to process customer orders and ensure their accurate and timely execution.
∎ Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to manage stock levels effectively.
∎ Verify and process invoices related to shipping, customs, and other expenses. Handle payment methods like letters of credit
∎ Prepare and manage all essential export documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate and timely execution.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding UD entry in software and online UD submission process.
∎ Prepare Import and Export Statement.
∎ Collect PRC from Bank
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Computer literacy is must. Specially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ At least 1 year experience in any business organization and dealing with commercial issues.
Salary: Negotiable
