Garments Accessories procurement, Printing statineries procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, Spare Parts Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute market survey, quotation collection, and preparation of the comparative statement
∎ Purchase materials according to the approval of materials' requisition
∎ Source new suppliers, prepare and issue work orders under the approval of materials purchase requisition
∎ Communicate with related departments and suppliers/vendors for ensuring smooth delivery
∎ Provide support to emergency direct purchases under approvals of concerned authority and policy
∎ Ensure vendor's payments, prepare and check bills at the right time and submit to accounts
∎ Procure the goods or service as per the appropriate procurement method and instruction mentioned in the procurement guideline and implementation procedure
∎ Manage procurement data, ensure quality maintain compliance, and report as needed
∎ Visit the market physically, collect samples from the local market
∎ Perform vendor enlistment, evaluation, and management task
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have experience in RMG sector procurement.
Salary: Negotiable
