Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) as per drawing.
∎ To check the drawing as per the requirement of the work.
∎ Suggest & use the best quantity of materials as per location/nature of work.
∎ Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other venues.
∎ Maintain a price list of all materials.
∎ Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.)
∎ Perform risk analysis.
∎ Visit the site when required.
∎ Site bill checking.
∎ Propose alternative materials if required.
∎ Liaison with the architect & structural engineer to have a better product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
