Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR/Business Administration with Diploma in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Policies & Strategies: Frame, interpret, implement and develop the HR manual, policies & strategies as per business needs and ensure that the changing policies are effectively communicated to all concerned.
∎ Recruitment & Selection: Develop & ensure the procedures for recruitment & selection of employees as per HR planning.
∎ Performance Management Program: Ensure the completion of employees' yearly performance appraisal/objective settings effectively and timely through co-ordination.
∎ Training & Development: Co-ordinate all in-house and external training program for concerned employees as per plan.
∎ Employee Communication & Counselling: Co-ordinate execution of employees' promotion, transfer, termination & resignation. Ensure all employees Job Descriptions are updated. Counsel & communicate with employee's management decision as per company's rules.
∎ HR Reports: Ensure that all employees personal file and profiles are updated. Prepare & present various HR reports including HR KPIs.
∎ Business Partnering: Work closely with other key managers to identify the HR implications arising from company's business strategies and resolve specific HR issues as per policies.
∎ Legal Matters and Industrial Relations: Ensure that the labour laws and services rules are followed properly and maintain liaison with lawyer/labour offices. Ensure all disciplinary actions for employee misconduct are executed as per rules. Ensure the promotion of employer - employee relations by maintaining regular interactions / consultation.
∎ Salary Administration & Employee Benefit: Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, embellishment, taxes, and other deductions. Draw, develop & organize various incentives & reward schemes, welfare & recreational activities
∎ Leads Meeting: Co-ordinate the Team Leads Meeting of the company on regular basis & prepare its minutes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound exposure to HRM & HRD in a structured HR department.
∎ Thorough understanding of human resource issues, practices and systems, sound knowledge in labor & industrial laws.
∎ Personal attributes and competencies including, communication, leadership and negotiation skills and innovative & methodical.
∎ Expertise with Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
