Responsibilities & Context
বিভিন্ন ধরনের Bakery & Pastry Items প্রস্তুত করা।
Bread, Cake, Bun, Biscuit, Cookies, Pastry ও অন্যান্য Bakery Products তৈরি করা।
Standard Recipe ও Production Process অনুসরণ করে পণ্য প্রস্তুত করা।
পণ্যের Taste, Quality, Texture ও Presentation নিশ্চিত করা।
Bakery-এর Oven, Mixer ও অন্যান্য Equipment সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নতুন Bakery Items ও Recipe তৈরিতে সহযোগিতা করা।
Raw Materials সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
Food Safety, Hygiene ও Cleanliness Standards বজায় রাখা।
Production Target অনুযায়ী সময়মতো কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
