Responsibilities & Context
Conduct research on existing and new mushroom products for product development.
Develop and formulate new recipes and product formulations.
Conduct shelf-life studies and evaluate product stability.
Coordinate nutritional analysis of developed products.
Maintain proper records and reports of R&D activities.
Perform other R&D-related tasks as assigned by the department.
