Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Breakfast cook expert, Culinery Art, Food Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes control of the breakfast service and ensures that guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast
∎ Develops breakfast cycles for hot and cold section of the buffet as well as the bread and pastry section
∎ Cooking and managing breakfast service and assisting with lunch service
∎ Makes sure that the breakfast buffet opens at time
∎ Ensures that enough food is available, portion control is required
∎ Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
∎ Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Executive Chef
∎ Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction, quality, Collect feedback from the guest during the breakfast session and report to the Executive chef on any complaints or issues
∎ Monitor and Ensuring that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
∎ Able to prepare different type of breakfast egg preparations and methods
∎ Have a good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP, and any other legislation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good organization skills
∎ Strong eye for details is a must
∎ Must be able to deal effectively with guests, other departments, and kitchen employees
∎ In depth knowledge of breakfast dishes from different cuisines is a must
∎ Solid knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations
∎ Advanced computer skills and hotel PMS are mandatory
∎ Must be able to deal with pressure and upcoming challenges
∎ Must be willing to extend working hours during high occupancy
∎ Passion for cooking
∎ Friendly outgoing personality along with the excellent personal presentation.
∎ Passionate about producing high-quality food.
∎ Able to tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm.
∎ Be an excellent team player
