Job Responsibilities
• Conduct regular classes for BBA (Aviation Management) students.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, assignments, class tests, and examination questions.
• Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop course materials and support practical and industry-oriented learning.
• Participate in departmental academic activities, meetings, workshops, and student development initiatives.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and student-focused classroom environment.
• Perform other academic and departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in BBA, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HRM, Finance, Accounting, or related fields will be preferred.
• Candidates with teaching experience at the university or college level will be given preference.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
