• 2–4 years of experience in student counseling or education sales;
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets; strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills;
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment;
• Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes;

• Student enrollment
• Target achievement—lead-to-enrollment
• Conversion rate,
• Daily calls,
• Follow-ups, and meetings,
• Revenue generation.

We are looking for a Senior Student Counselor who can convert leads into student enrollments, follow up with prospective students, manage the sales process, and consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion targets and revenue goals

• Own end-to-end lead conversion from inquiry to enrollment

• Provide result-oriented academic counseling to students and parents

• Execute aggressive multi-channel follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, email)

• Handle objections and close deals confidently

• Maintain strict CRM tracking and pipeline management

• Actively participate in promotional activities including video marketing, visa success interviews, and social media content creation (Facebook Reels, etc.) to support student engagement and lead generation.
