Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
∎ Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
∎ Led the expansion and organic growth of Unialoy, managing the strategy and development roadmap in conjunction with the development team.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients, including students, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Lead the sales process, from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students and clients.
∎ Collaborate with the admissions team to monitor enrollment targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.
∎ Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and organizations to expand our reach and offerings.
∎ Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
∎ Pioneering referral bonus policy for student referrals for internal employees and converted leads Offering free courses and special discounts to converted leads for study abroad departments.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our services and programs.
∎ Utilize digital platforms and social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Participate and promote IELTS/PTE services in company seminars, events, and study abroad expos.
∎ Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales, and revenue data.
∎ Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
∎ Generating monthly revenue reports and achieving quarterly and annual KPI targets.
∎ If needed you may need to do any other duties when requested by the management or organization required for Unialoy or any of our Brands.
