Responsibilities & Context
Following and enforcing the company's policies and procedures.
Lead organizational development and talent management while ensuring effective decision-making and strategic execution to achieve institutional objectives.
Ensure effective risk management, governance oversight, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Oversee investment strategy, portfolio management and banking operations
Responsible to achieve organizational goal.
Developing and implementing Sales strategies to achieve sales target, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals and creating marketing plans.
Lead the team to manage and inspire employees to achieve company’s targets.
Maintaining knowledge of Real Estate market trends, regulations and laws.
Other Skills & Experience:
Leadership and good communications skill
Should have experience as CEO/ MD in any group of companies.
Strong business sense and industry experience
Real estate management skill
