Job Context:
∎ Unigas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will be across the country. The company is now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber CMO.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Office, Gulshan-1, with a frequent travel across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
∎ To assist in the development of the sales plan & forecast, setting KPI and to the team for achievement.
∎ To plan & lead market expansion actions that will satisfy customers' needs and ultimately maximize the company turnover from increased throughput
∎ To monitor and conduct feasibility studies for new and existing clients, market trends, study the market to get to know risk factors and competition activities and consumer preference.
∎ To develop cost efficient pricing to generate good margins in line with set targets.
∎ To plan for Sales, Marketing & Distribution budget, collection forecasting and to thrive for achievement
∎ To confirm sales objectives are brought to the notice of the Strategic Management Team with a process of concise monthly activity report out of periodical reports of RSM, DSM, ASM, TSO performance.
∎ To monitor the performance of the team and to train them up, in line to Company objectives and targets
∎ To initiate a systematic addition of LPG cylinders into the system to match the expected expansion and
∎ volume sales and to ensure all LPG processes are well documented in line with ISO standards.
∎ To work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing
∎ promotion programs to increase margins and market share for LPG. Coordinate with the branding,
∎ promotion and advertising agencies for advertisement, promotional items and marketing tools.
∎ To analyze achievements and financial results with the Strategic Management Team and suggest in implementing new strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have 15 years' experience in Sales & Marketing in CXO Position and must be able to manage a large work force preferably from LPG industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, International Trading/Sales, FMCG Sales, Business Development and Branding & Marketing through different manners
∎ The applicant should have experience in Commercial Trading, Wholesaling, Indenting, Distribution and Warehouse operations, etc.
∎ The applicant should be able on critical thinking, to analyze and study a big picture.
