Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ IELTS of 6.5+ preferable
∎ Foreign Institution certification preferable
∎ North South University,IBA, Dhaka University,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh Open University,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Export-Import, Export Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Lipy paper Mills Ltd. are looking for Commercial Manager, Export and Import for the paper mill located in Kachpur, Narayanganj.
∎
∎ Job Location : Head Office, Naya Paltan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent should have practical knowledge about commercial function.
∎ Capable to negotiate with commercial correspondence to Bank, buyers and suppliers.
∎ Conduct reconciliation with banks including acceptance, discrepancy, maturity etc
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage LC related works/issues, all kinds of commercial related banking functions and proper maintain commercial documentations time to time.
∎ Must have experience and realization bank maturity & payment collection, overdue, LC amendment.
∎ Capable to official letter drafting to bank, suppliers & buyers.
∎ Willing to move frequent for perform daily activities to bank, buyers office
∎ Should have educate knowledge about Custom Duty,Tax,Tariff ,H.S Code,Shipping Agent Etc.
∎ Regular basis update custom and bond register, consumption statement, IN-Bond and EX-bond.
∎ Custom Audit and allocation entitlement of raw materials and machinery
∎ Regular basis EXP certification from Bank.
∎ Export documents preparation.
∎ Any other task decided by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
