Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in relevant field (ex: Journalism/ Communication/ English Language etc)
∎ Demonstrable experience in the related field, preferably in the following area(s):
∎ Article writing, creative script writing, content writing, and management, Web Media/Blog Writing.
∎ Is a good storyteller.
∎ Sound knowledge of English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the lead on writing of communications materials including newsletters, features, articles, reports, social media posts, events and any other relevant materials.
∎ Research and edit the generated content by others to ensure high-quality communication materials to engage, promote and position the company to clients, partners, stakeholders and funders.
∎ Develop compelling content ideas for mass media and social media including posters, videos, social media posts, banners and infographics.
∎ Plan and design interview sessions wherever necessary for captivating storytelling.
∎ Meeting with the respective team to discuss the client's requirements, core messages and target audience to write specific content.
∎ Editing and proofreading different texts to make the content crispy and sharp.
∎ Working on several assignments at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
∎ Writing various content options, which may be presented to the client as a storyboard (a consecutive series of frames depicting the script and drawings that may be used).
∎ Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends.
∎ Monitoring the effectiveness of produced content.
∎ Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
∎ Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
∎ Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
∎ Contributing to the business development at RedOrange by identifying new potential clients whenever possible.
