Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual business plan including short and long-range objectives and plans accordingly, subject to approval by the board of directors, for ensuring sustainable business growth.
∎ Provides advice, guidance, direction, and leadership to the team and dealers/agents in accordance with established policies and objectives.
∎ Reviews the operating results of the dealers or agents, compares them with the targets, and ensures that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
∎ Cost minimization and profit maximization of the company through proper utilization of manpower
∎ Analyzing the activities of competitors in order to explain the reason or factors of their advancement, and making plans accordingly to take possession of the competitor's market share
∎ Analyze the profitability of all business ventures/products for identifying the potential area and take necessary steps to growth the business volume.
∎ To oversee all the operations and business activities to ensure result-oriented output from the team in areas of sales and marketing, service, spare parts, and network development across the country
∎ Assessing employee performance on a regular basis to monitor the productivity and contribution of the staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an MBA including 10 years of managerial experience, at least 05 years of experience as COO or in a similar position will get preference.
∎ Top leaders of a renowned multinational or national FMCG company will get preference
∎ Proven ability to interact with foreign principle.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ An attractive remuneration package, including full-time car, incentive against target and other fringe benefits, will be offered for the deserving candidate.
