Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a new in-house Content Writer to join our team and supercharge content across all channels.
∎ The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated and experienced Content Writer looking to join a revolutionary business in our rapid growth-plans. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content that is engaging, informative and exciting.
∎ You don`t require to hold a Degree to join us, Must have good communication skill and excellent English comprehension otherwise need not to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design compelling and engaging content that meets the company's objectives.
∎ Write and edit content that is accurate, informative, interesting and of a high standard.
∎ Utilize creative writing techniques to produce original content.
∎ Research business trends and topics to create content that is relevant and in-depth.
∎ Monitor and analyze content performance on various platforms.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for SEO.
∎ Stay up to date with business trends, news and events.
∎ Promote content on social media
∎ Update website content as needed...
∎ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
∎ Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
∎ Submitting ideas for marketing programmers designed to enhance and grow the company's brand
∎ Working alongside the other marketing team members to devise creative ideas on the direction and style of photo and video content.
∎ Develop and execute a creative social media plan across all platforms that will increase our brand reach and engagement rates and tell the story of the brand.
∎ Design and/or update existing sales and information documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Proven content writing and editing experience.
∎ Excellent writing, copywriting and proofreading skills.
∎ An understanding of SEO and how it can be utilized to enhance content.
∎ A creative and innovative approach to writing content.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ An ability to work to tight deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ We offer 2 increments in a year and Position changes increment.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
