Responsibilities & Context
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers regarding the client's products and services.
Provide excellent customer support in German and English.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Communicate with customers through phone, Facebook, email, and web chat.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team for further investigation.
Gather and analyze relevant information to assess and resolve customer complaints.
Report complex cases and issues to the Team Leader as required.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
