Prepare, check and maintain daily shipment manifests accurately and within the required timeframe.Check manifest details, shipment documents, labels, papers and parcel information for accuracy and completeness.Scan, organize and properly save all manifest, shipment and operational documents for record-keeping and future reference.Assist management in developing new customers and expanding the company's courier business.Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery status, rates and services.Perform any other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by management from time to time.
