Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রতিদিন ১০-১২ জন ফিল্ড সেলস টিম পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
∎ ডোর টু ডোর ক্যাম্পেইনের জন্য পরিকল্পনা করা।
∎ ক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা, বিক্রয় পরিকল্পনা এবং কার্যক্রম প্রস্তুত করা, ফিল্ড ফোর্সের জন্য প্রণোদনা প্রণয়ন
∎ ফিল্ড সেলস অ্যাসোসিয়েটদের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন, রুট প্ল্যান নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কৌশলগত ট্রেড অ্যাক্টিভেশন প্রোগ্রামের জন্য ফিল্ড ফোর্সের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা
∎ ফিল্ড সেলস এসোসিয়েটদের ট্রেনিং দেওয়া এবং ম্যানেজ করা
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ের কাজে কোন ধরনের অনিয়ম ও বৈষম্য যাতে না হয় তা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ের কর্মীদের সংখ্যা ও কাজের অগ্রগতির পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ হিসাব রাখতে হয়।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ের কার্যক্রমের উপর একটি মাসিক রিপোর্ট জমা দিতে হয়।
∎ গ্রাহকদের পর্যাপ্ত তথ্য এবং নির্দেশিকা প্রদান করুন
∎ প্রতিদিন ১০-১২ জন ফিল্ড সেলস টিম পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
∎ ডোর টু ডোর ক্যাম্পেইনের জন্য পরিকল্পনা করা।
