Responsibilities & Context
Receive and verify products against the delivery invoice/order before starting the route.
Load and arrange products safely in the delivery vehicle.
Deliver products to assigned customers/retailers according to the daily delivery plan.
Verify product quantity, SKU, batch, and condition at the time of delivery.
Obtain customer acknowledgment/signature for completed deliveries.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage, leakage, breakage, or loss.
Follow the assigned delivery route and maintain delivery schedules.
Report shortages, damaged products, returns, expired products, and customer complaints to the supervisor immediately.
Manage product returns according to company policy.
Maintain delivery documents, invoices, collection records, and other required paperwork accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle and products.
Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
Maintain professional and courteous behavior with retailers, customers, and company employees.
Support loading, unloading, stock counting, and other distribution activities when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
