Monitor team performance, field activities, sales pipeline and target achievement.
Ensure effective market and territory coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor customer and competitor activities.
Follow up leads and opportunities to improve conversion and business growth.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and operational issues.
Prepare regular sales, market, pipeline and performance reports.
Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
