Prepare and implement daily distribution plans based on sales orders and market demand.

Coordinate product dispatch and delivery according to approved schedules.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.

Monitor delivery progress and take corrective action to minimize delays.

Coordinate with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.

Verify sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch Finish Goods.

Ensure correct product quantities and SKUs are dispatched against customer orders.

Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle dispatch activities.

Track deliveries and collect proof of delivery (POD) where applicable.

Investigate and resolve product shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm product availability before dispatch.

Monitor stock movement between warehouses, depots, and distribution points.

Ensure proper handling of products during storage, loading, transportation, and delivery.

Report stock shortages, damaged products, expired products, and other discrepancies to the concerned authority.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports.

Maintain records of dispatched quantities, delivered quantities, pending orders, returns, and delivery performance.

Track distributor orders, product returns, damaged goods, and delivery discrepancies.

Submit reports on distribution performance, operational issues, and corrective actions to management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date distribution records in SAP or other company systems.
