Responsibilities & Context
Assist in New Product Development (NPD) and existing product improvement.
Conduct lab trials, sensory evaluation, and product testing.
Perform pilot/ plant trials and product scale-up.
Coordinate with Production and troubleshoot process issues.
Apply knowledge of food processing and product categories.
Evaluate ingredients, raw materials, and formulation cost.
Support packaging material evaluation.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, QA/QC, and BSTI requirements.
Conduct shelf-life stability studies and maintain documentation.
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
