Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA/ B.Sc. (Engr.)/ Masters in any disciple from a recognized University.
∎ Incumbent having degree/diploma in apparel merchandising / textile will get preference.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Marketing, Merchandising & Business Development of the company
∎ Develop Business plan for setting up target on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising team .
∎ Enhance marketing base in terms of product line, market & range of buyers etc.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed
∎ To Follow up with planning/production.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Any other job or function as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of experience in the area of Marketing/ Merchandising / Business Development in export oriented apparel industry.
∎ Experience of working with lingerie subsector will be an added advantage.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
