Job Context:
∎ Lakhsma Inner Wear Limited- A well reputed RMG enterprise engaged in manufacturing and exporting of high quality lingerie with wide range of product line for men, women & kids. ∎ Now to ensure better management of financial affairs of the company and also to mitigate financial & operational risks in a finer way, group intends to recruit an energetic & efficient person in its Accounts Department :-
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of periodical financial report
∎ Contribute in preparing budgeting, forecasting & overall strategic Planning of the company
∎ Preparation of various report for MIS purpose
∎ Develop & prepare cash flow projection process
∎ Carry out variance analysis as regards to various type of operational expenses & capital expenses
∎ Ensure proper accounting entries of different financial transactions
∎ Pre checking of all bills , voucher, Party payment etc.
∎ Proper accounting of fixed asset purchase & disposal
∎ Address all tax and VAT related issues of the companies in time
∎ Any other job as when assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experience in the area of Auditing/Finance/Accounts in a reputed organization/corporate house
∎ Experience in working with export oriented RMG industry will be an added advantage
∎ Experience of Inventory Management & Control will add value
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package specially in MS Excel
∎ Experience of working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or any software based business environment is preferred
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Fair knowledge on Costing & Budgeting & CID (Capital Investment Decision)
∎ Fair knowledge on export-import operation, L/C, bills, discount, purchase, acceptance, maturity etc.
Salary: Negotiable
