Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be punctual.
∎ Need to Ensure proper discipline and management of Distribution House.
∎ Should have good leadership skills.
∎ Expansion of business
∎ Should have the capacity to fill the vacant position
∎ Should have reporting skills
∎ Ensure the investment security
∎ Responsible for managing the overall Distribution House and supervising the employees.
∎ Provide guidance to the Field Force for ensuring product, merchandising, and campaign communication at Uddokta points.
∎ Follow up on the daily and monthly targets and monitor the performance of the field force.
∎ Regular market visits for performance assessment of field force, market execution, and feedback from Uddokta.
∎ Dispute resolution capacity, having the ability to handle legal issues of distribution houses.
∎ Team building capacity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, Business Development, Negotiation Skills, Proactive, Problem solving and decision making, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
