Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Creating attainable Sales target for the sales team.
∎ Developing motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conducting customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Developing promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Acquiring product information of competitor's product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
∎ Coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
∎ Planning and administering the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
∎ Preparing reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in sales.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
Salary: Negotiable
