Job Responsibilities:
∎ The EFSVL Team Leader is responsible for managing the entire EFSVL team composed of Senior Officer, Officers and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timely implementation and monitoring of Oxfam projects within a designated area of responsibility.
∎ Key area of work for this job role includes team planning and management, conducting assessments, directly managing relief projects, monitoring and spot-checking ongoing works, coordinating with communities, and contributing to project design and strategy.
∎ EFSVL Team Leader is also required to have a pragmatically thorough approach and ability to often resolve issues in the field, ensuring that effective documentation of activities in place as s/he will work closely with other sector and operations teams to ensure information sharing and efficient use of resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In this role you will bring previous experience in large-scale relief, recovery, humanitarian and/or development project management along with demonstrated knowledge and experience in EFSVL interventions, especially use of cash for work, cash grant and cash vouchers. You should be able to demonstrate excellent people management and relationship building capacity and to formulate advocacy in delivering high volume Cash Based Intervention (CBI) delivery project in good linkage with Resilience and Social Protection work.
