Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Banks, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform system level executions.
∎ Financial execution & dispute resolution
∎ Business UAT/ Sanity Check participation and coordination with Technology Operation & cross-functional business teams
∎ System monitoring & troubleshooting
∎ Prepare operational process documentation/workflows
∎ Collect and prepare document of operational requirements for project and new initiatives
∎ Participate in the problem resolution
∎ Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes.
∎ Prepare weekly and/or ad hoc activity reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Knowledge in XML
∎ Basic knowledge in SunOS Commands
∎ Good data representation & reporting skill
∎ Ability to document operational processes
∎ May require to work in roster
Salary: Negotiable
