Job Responsibilities
- Handle client applications & verify documents
- Maintain records & update status
- Communicate with clients (phone, email, messaging)
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare daily reports & follow up
Requirements
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to manage multiple applications
- Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Prior consultancy/service experience required
Education
- HSC or Graduation
Experience
- 1–3 years
Preferred Qualification
- Expertise in visa / e-visa processing will be given priority
