Analyze business data across different business units, factories, and operational functions to evaluate overall organizational performance.
Develop insightful dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Conduct business performance analysis covering productivity, efficiency, cost, revenue, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in management reporting.
Automate recurring reports and streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-backed recommendations.
Develop visual reports and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Support management in strategic planning, forecasting, and continuous business improvement initiatives.
