Responsibilities & Context

• Execute approved marketing plans including campus visits, seminars, fairs, roadshows, leaflet campaigns, booths and local activations.
• Build working relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, clubs, partners and relevant local organizations.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue readiness, branding materials, registration setup, manpower, transport and vendor requirements.
• Monitor placement and condition of banners, posters, standees, leaflets and other promotional materials at approved locations.
• Maintain proper records of field visits, contacts, leads, expenses, material usage, vendor bills and activation outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with admission, branch, digital marketing and operations teams so offline campaigns are supported before & after activation.
