• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Job Nature: Desk Job under the Customer Service Division

Working Hours: Rotational shifts/Roster duty

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Male & Female)

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Male & Female)

Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male)

[Note: You cannot choose a particular shift to work, as everyone is required to work on a rotational shift basis. Female employees will only be exempt from night shifts]

[Transportation services will be provided for Morning & Evening Shifts]

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions.

• Maintain and update the call center database with accurate information.

• Assist clients with questions about various products and services, aiming to resolve any issues.

• Engage potential customers by providing detailed information on products and services.

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (1 full-day leave + 1 half-day leave)

• Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BDT 18,500/- to 20,000/-

• Salary Increment: Annually

• Festival Bonus: Two (2) per year

• Festival Holiday Work Compensation: Three (3) times the daily salary for each day worked

• Government Holiday Work Compensation: BDT 2,000 for each day worked

• Other Benefits: Leave Encashment, Insurance (Hospitalization & Group Life), Gratuity/Service Benefit etc. (Subject to eligibility)
