Educational Requirements:
∎ B.B.A/ M.B.A / B.SC in EEE (Electrical and Electronic Engineering)/ Graduation from any Reputed University.
∎ Experienced in the Lighting, Electrical, and Engineering sector will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keen Knowledge of marketing and good communication skills.
∎ Maintain & preserve related documents & provide a regular report.
∎ Candidate should have sufficient knowledge and expertise on modern electrical & mechanical lighting solutions with thinking and innovative ideas.
∎ Make a Quotation and submit it to the client.
∎ Capable for fault findings and installations of electrical equipment.
∎ Managing and interpreting client requirements calculating client quotations, negotiating contact terms and conditions.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Market visits, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Coordinating sales projects, solving client projects, solving client problems & offering after-sales service.
∎ Make presentations to potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers through personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare reports as required by management.
∎ Develop product and promotion plans and take necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well Computer Skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Applicant must be proficient in Bangla and English.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, and have a good personality with
∎ Leadership skills, good team player, well organized, initiative.
Salary: Negotiable
