The Senior Executive (QC-Plastic Products) will ensure the quality of plastic & Metal-related products through regular inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. The role includes identifying defects, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing corrective actions, monitoring production quality, maintaining quality documentation, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Planning: Ensure the quality of plastic/& Metal related products through incoming raw material, in-process, end-line, and finished goods inspections in accordance with approved standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Quality Improvement: Identify defects in plastic products, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions, coordinate with production and relevant departments, and support product development and quality improvement initiatives.

• Documentation & Team Management: Maintain quality inspection reports and related documentation, address customer complaints, supervise and train subordinates, and perform other quality-related duties as assigned by Management.
