Job Responsibilities:
Lead all the relevant administrative & Academic teams/activities.
Help & support staff development and ensure a positive & creative academic environment.
Help develop efficient classroom operations that lead to better student outcomes and optimization of operational efficiency.
Develop & manage student information system that includes enrollment and academic performance/excellence.
Implement Academy policies, academic plans, and value-based initiatives.
Supervise curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and assessment processes.
Lead & foster co-curricular activities, community service activities, and moral/character-building programs.
Ensure compliance with educational board regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.
Follow and ensure child right and safeguarding issues are maintained.
Job Other Benifits
Two festival bonuses in a year. Each bonus equivalent to basic of salary/50% of gross.
