Job Context:
∎ Atlantis decora is a multi-vendor E-Commerce. Atlantis decora invites application to fill up the vacancies in their respective units.
∎ Job Location: Moghbazar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set business plans, Sales, Marketing & Promotion Strategies, and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with vendor and continuously endeavor to build new relationships.
∎ Preparation of Daily/Monthly Call Report and analyze them
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship.
∎ Keep all kinds of records for Sales & Marketing works for the assigned Territory.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
∎ Maintain strong communication with potential clients on a regular basis.
∎ Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business strategies.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
∎ Monitoring SEO related work and always update about this area.
∎ Any other day-to-day task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) experience in any Ecommerce business.
∎ Freshers are also encourage to apply.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply but Female are preferable.
∎ Unmarried are most preferable in female candidate.
∎ Must be fluent in English and good command on email & report writing.
∎ Excellent knowledge & expertise in customer support
∎ Having strong market intelligence to develop new business
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and management skills
∎ Should have Leadership and Team building skill
∎ Any time could be change office location within Dhaka city.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, D/A, Mobile bill.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Two (02) Festival bonus as per company policy
∎ Other Benefits as declared by the company.
