Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
∎ Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
∎ Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms that align with our brand voice and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to gather information and insights for content creation.
∎ Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to generate fresh and relevant ideas.
∎ Gain a deep understanding of our business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape to develop effective marketing strategies.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and social media platforms, and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of Social Media Platforms
∎ Content Strategy Skills
∎ Strong writing and editing skills
∎ Familiarity with social media advertising platforms
∎ Understanding how to create effective ad campaigns
∎ Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
∎ Managing online communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages
∎ Building and nurturing a positive brand image and fostering customer loyalty
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, industry news, and emerging platforms
∎ Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
∎ SEO and keyword research
∎ Creative thinking and adaptability
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
