Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Agriculture, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Nursery
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly sales target as per the yearly sales projection.
∎ To build a good relationship with the customer, clients (inside & outside) to promote sales, organize fair & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
∎ To ensure area mapping, estimate of cost, prepare design, prepare competitive quotation, billing and ensure deposit as per work order.
∎ To examine plants for diseases, insects, damage, weeds, and nutritional disorder, to protect the health of the plants and ensure quality of materials to customers as per work order.
∎ To prepare sales report as regular basis or as on when required.
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with different level of customers.
∎ Basic computer literacy.
∎ Must have to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
