* Plan, coordinate, and execute gift programs, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
* Monitor SIM tracking, bike tracking, field team activities, and daily operational updates to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage the company hotline, respond to customer calls, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
* Develop and coordinate billboards, signboards, banners, branding materials, and other outdoor advertising.
* Create engaging and high-quality promotional videos and marketing content for various campaigns and platforms.
* Produce and edit professional marketing, branding, and promotional videos.
* Develop social media content, product visuals, promotional materials, and creative campaign assets.
* Prepare presentations, reports, marketing documents, and other administrative materials as required.
* Provide support for marketing, creative, operational, and administrative activities as assigned by management.
* Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining quality, creativity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
