Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and target achievement.
Conduct line balancing and set production targets.
Ensure effective manpower deployment and utilization.
Monitor capacity, workload, and production performance.
Analyze bottlenecks, downtime, and production losses.
Daily production floor supports and resolves operational issues.
Prepare and analyze production performance reports.
Coordinate with Production and other relevant teams for continuous improvement.
