Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience of at least 1 year in the field of Human Resource Management.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment
∎ Smart, proactive, professional, hardworking and should have extra-ordinary interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be able to communicate precisely in Bangla and English, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the Talent Management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
∎ Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
∎ Active listening skills.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Proven experience of at least 1 year in the field of Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, preparing employment contracts aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare and maintain all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
∎ Developing and implementing human resource plans and personnel management policies.
∎ Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
∎ Conducting of the annual performance evaluation.
∎ Record, maintain and monitor attendance and employee timesheet to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Regular monitoring of employee involvement worklog and generating alerts.
∎ Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers’ joining formalities.
∎ Training need identification, facilitation and post training evaluation for both internal and external training.
∎ Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal etc.
∎ Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
∎ Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers.
∎ Serve as a point person for all employee queries.
