Job Context:

Now over 37000 employees are working in different Strategic Business Units under the group. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated person for the following position.
∎ The position will be responsible for the role of top management security and airport protocol and Local admin issue. The position will report to top management and work under the central Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is mainly responsible for the below tasks:
∎ Ensures the security of the Director.
∎ Ensure excellent relationship with the local authority, police station, and VIPs.
∎ Ensures corporate office security and safety according to company policy.
∎ Manages any events or parties that add value to the company.
∎ Maintains good communication with office.
∎ Ensures corporate office maintenance work such as construction, renovation, and development works are going smoothly.
∎ Ensures smooth airport pick up and drop top management, expatriated, and buyers.
∎ Arrange visa, tickets, hotel booking, and local transport arrangements for the board of directors and expatriates.
∎ Drafts any official letter, notice, or agreement which is related to protocol work.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
