Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation and must have 6 month training course /Diploma on Fire Safety from FSCD.
∎ Skills Required: Hard Working, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Proactive and Positive attitude, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering and maintaining the fire safety plan. This should include updating the plan when alterations are made of the buildings.
∎ Recording information on the following: fire incidents, false alarms, fire drills, discharge or operation of fire equipment and training records.
∎ Ensuring that fire protections system are inspected, maintained and serviced in accordance with the plan & the fire code.
∎ Ensuring that additional precautions are taken to offset the hazard to occupants where fire protection system are inoperable.
∎ Ensuring that building maintenance, alteration or renovation does not expose the building or occupants to undue fire hazards, and precautions are taken to ensure building & occupant safety.
∎ Ensuring that supervisory staffs are available to respond to the premises in the event of notification of an emergency.
∎ Providing information to occupants on general fire safety and evacuation procedures.
∎ Resolving any fire hazards which are reported by occupants, guests or the fire department.
∎ Maintaining familiarity with the building's fire protection systems.
∎ Considering other emergency situations which could affect the building such as earthquakes or natural gas leaks.
∎ Notifying the alarm monitoring station when the emergency contacts change (If applicable)
∎ Any other works assigned by the higher authority or department head at working time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge about Fire Safety issues In garment/textile factory and should be well conversant with Fire Safety Standards of ACCORD and ALLIANCE./RSC.
