Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables from dealers, distributors, customers, and other business partners in accordance with company policies and credit terms.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and dealers through phone calls, emails, and field visits to ensure timely settlement of overdue accounts.
Monitor outstanding balances, overdue payments, and aging reports to identify potential recovery risks and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, customer communications, and recovery status.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Finance Departments to reconcile outstanding balances, verify payments, and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
Identify high-risk and long-overdue accounts, assess recovery challenges, and recommend appropriate measures to management.
Prepare and submit periodic recovery reports, collection forecasts, and performance updates to the concerned authority.
Maintain professional relationships with dealers and customers while ensuring compliance with the company's credit and recovery policies.
Support the improvement of collection efficiency, reduction of overdue receivables, and overall working capital management.
Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all collection activities in accordance with company procedures.
Perform other duties related to credit collection and receivables management as assigned by management.
