Responsibilities & Context
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for Rod, Cement and Stone products.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors' activities, market demand and product pricing.
Generate sales leads, negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting authority.
Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve business growth.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Store and Logistics departments to ensure smooth product delivery.
